Second Helpings Atlanta is seeing a significant surge in need as more Atlanta families are experiencing food insecurity. The most vulnerable among us need Second Helpings Atlanta more than ever. We are stepping up — diverting over 80,000 pounds of fresh, surplus food from landfills each week AND delivering thousands of prepared meals weekly through our new Full Plate Project.
